Oil Pastel Chic...
Hello...
Woohoooooo... I love this background technique... and I think I came up with very nice results... It's from Technique Junkies' December 08 newsletter. Rockin' Robin Caldwell developed this chic technique and I have made 4 attemtps... the first one we won't even talk about it... I had put tooo much pastel so it was very dark and hard to work with. So I decided that this was my lesson... put less pastel I made these 3 ones and have stamped on 1 with a stamps I just bought yesterday and I love!
