Leaves Tag

Hello

When I did this leave tag I worked a wonderful new product... Dior Silk paints applied on Canavas.

I love the luminosity of the the colors and it's so easy to work with.

Crop & Make & takes

Our card marking group organized a day of crop and make & take at Scrapbook Centrale.
We where over 20... no need to say that the instructors where very tired when we left!

This is what I manage to accomplish and finish....!

You can't see it but we used a very nice glitter that gives a velvety finish the more you rub it
We also used Peel off.

Nice use of Embossing folder and shinny red paper as a background.  The poinsettia
is a peel off color and covered with glitter.

The background has been stamped and covered with glitter.
The Christmas tree is a 4 pieces die cut.

Add This one is my favorite.. the stamp was covered with watercolor markers
misted with water and stamped.... which gives a beautiful watercolor effect.
Love it!!!

Done with Delusion spray and then the leaves where washed out with water
to be color with markers...! It's pretty and easy !

So I think my Christmas card making is pretty much done.

If you like what you see please leave a comment I love to read what you think!

Write again soon.  Take care.♥

Altered Counter top samples

Hello Bloggers and friends!

Part of art is taking a mundane object and turning it to an unexpected, inventive purpose. That’s just what I’ve done with kitchen countertop samples that take on a new life as very beautiful book covers. The cover has been decorated with a metal and glass birdhouse. Some inside pages have been embellish with bird theme stamps.

I used the 4-needle Coptic stich and it is 3½ x 5 inches and has 32 pages.

I'd like to enter the following challenge.....

Craft Room:  Alter it.
